Dear Pole Vaulter,
      Prince William Pole Vaulter's are getting ready for their summer session. The dates are July 11,16,18,23,25,30 and August 1,6,8,13,15,20,22,.  

The cost is $80.00 per month. Make checks payable to Forest Park High School.  You need to be a member of USATF.  If you are not a member go to www.usatf.org then to Products/Services scroll down to "Individual Membership".  Prince William County Pole Vaulters #12-7014.  Cost is $20.00 and this is mandatory. 

Lastly, the above attachments have to be signed by parents "Informed Consent For Parents" and "Blue Emergency Permission Form".  Bring them with you to your first practice. 

Poles may be stored at Forest Park High School Track area or you can commute with them.  Poles are not provided by Prince William Pole Vaulters but we have some we can share.  Practice starts at 5:30pm goes to 7:30pm at Forest Park High School 15721 Forest Park Drive Woodbridge, VA 22193.  Please feel free to text if the weather looks bad.
